1. I got a feeling I might not laugh. |

Old guy 180.
Hahahaha.
Little bit ago I huffed and puffed my way out the back door and sat in the bright and welcome and rare sunshine.
Using my cell phone I called my wife (in the house) to join me.
We sat together in the bright sunlight. We talked briefly about the ravages of time on our old bodies.
Oh how pale we are. The sunlight accenting our wrinkles.

Shrimperman? Crabberman? Whatever!:D
What my 85-year-old dad and his 85-year-old girlfriend do for fun is go dancing every week, which is more than I can say for us young folks. I didn't bother following the link, but I'll take everybody's word that it's funny.

Undisclosedlocation.
It sure would be fun to go out to White Banks do a little fishing. Might get some spot tail bass and for sure small sharks. Bit late for clams and oysters.
Soon be shrimping season. Opening day long ago we landed five hundred pounds with the Vicky Mary on Bull Bay.
Have you done anymore writing?

6. I kicked out almost an entire novel, then decided it was terrible |
|
I'll have to reread it pretty soon and see if there are any laughs at all. Kind of wrote myself into a corner where the only way out was mass death, which is a notorious buzzkill.
I liked your piece you gave me the link to a lot. It was a little difficult to read but only because of the layout of their site. No reflection on you at all; it was a fine piece of work.

9. Yes, I thought it was very good |

I don't know if I'm giving up on the novel or not. Anyway, it was worthwhile to find out that I could write one, and easily. I had never believed I had it in me. Maybe I'll rewrite it without the interstellar vampires...:P
