Ofoto? Shutterfly? Flickr? Snapfish?

1.) Security and privacy of pictures
2.) Easy of use (quick upload of pictures)
3.) Organizing and sharing tools
4.) Ability to add captions and make minor editing adjustments

because it's easy, but it's the only one I've used so I can't really compare for you.
