1. I know a decent massage therapist nearby...
of course, proper exercise negates the need for their industry. Glad I'm indolent and apathetic! :D

14. Not *quite* as good as a massage,

...but pretty good nonetheless. Cheap too, and available at any pharmacy and most dept. stores:

Johnson's Foot Soap - 8 packets
8 oz
Price: $3.43

USAGE:
Pour contents of one packet into a foot basin. Add about 2 quarts of comfortably hot water. Stir to dissolve and soak feet for 15 to 20 minutes for maximum relief.

INGREDIENTS:
Soap, sodium sesquicarbonate, sodium borate, sodium bicarbonate, caramel color, potassium iodide, bran, iodoform.

SAFETY & WARNINGS:
Keep out of reach of children. If you have diabetes or poor circulation, consult your doctor before using this or any other product that involves immersing the feet in hot water.

Worth a try. Hope it helps.

:hi:

19. go see Tim the pedicure god at my favorite local nail shop
20 minutes of massage...feet and lower legs... then a dip in warm paraffin, all in the service, plus of course the usual nail trimming, scrubbing, whirlpool soaking and jazzy nail polishing. $30 and a real bargain.
