I have a confession:
I like, and have always liked Starland Vocal Band's "Afternoon Delight".

It's a wonderful song, no matter what they say!

I also love the Cowsills' theme for "Love, American Style", and "Up, Up and Away (In My Beautiful Balloon)" by the Fifth Dimension.

They totally take me back and get me all nostalgic.

Anyone who says different is just mean, bitter Eurotrash!

3. I can take or leave Afternoon Delight
(the song, I mean), but I do love the other two. So many TV themes kick ass. That little instrumental theme from The Munsters is fab-u-lous.

5. I like it too
and not just because my uncle dated the lead female singer of Starland Vocal Band. Taffy Nivert I think.

6. I have a weakness for harmonizing, I guess.
That's why I liked another widely reviled group, the 90's version of Starland:

The Corrs.

8. That was a hilarious movie.
And they did it humorously, but didn't totally trash the song.
