9. Me, totally. I spent the entire day eating. And it was great.

You know, there's a lot of decent evidence to suggest that the stress that comes from rigorously maintaining a diet can actually make it harder to lose weight. Nothing contributes to weight and dietary issues (or the struggle to make yourself want fewer fatty, sugary foods) like stress. It's why I encourage people to stay away from dieting, actually. Healthy eating? Great. Dieting? Fuck that.
