Tell us how vain you are! :D

And, no, I don't care which gender you are - just be sure not to tell us when replying!

4. Eh, sometimes.
I'm so lost in my own little world lately that I hardly notice if I pass a mirror.

6. I'm more likely to avoid them...
but if I'm heading to work or somewhere to meet people I've never met, sometimes I'll force myself. It never helps, though, always makes me more apprehensive about the way I look... I'm always left wondering why I bother...

Other times I make a point of avoiding it, so I won't be disgusted.

15. One entire wall of my apartment is covered with mirrors.
It's supposed to make the place look bigger. All it ends up doing is making me look bigger.

16. I saw an apartment done like that once. It felt recursive.
:D

Add mirrors on the opposite side and it'd be an infinite loop...

Bigger than life is nice too. :D

21. I was called on my practice of this low habit quite recently.
Edited on Tue May-30-06 11:25 PM by swag
I maintain that my constant mirror glancing results from my fear of hairs protruding from my nostrils.

I had a meeting once with three guys from a very big bank in a very big state. They all had hair coming out of their nostrils. Lots of black hair. Very nice shoes, suits, and haircuts too.

I started to think that this was maybe the fashion in San Francisco, to have protruding nostril hairs.

Some San Franciscans later informed me that my impression was incorrect, and that, in fact, protruding nose hair was actually the fashion in all of California.

24. I'm not used to the way I look
so I always check me out. Sometimes I do a double take. I'm half the size I used to be and it's quite a transformation. Now my head has to catch up.

26. Yeah
I always check to see if my hair is doing something weird; it's almost an obsessive-compulsive habit I've developed. So, I'm not really checking myself out, though worrying about what my hair looks like is still being vain, I guess...
