Wow! I just boarded Senator Barbara Boxer on a plane!

I work for the Airlines here in San Francisco, and she and her husband had a flight booked with us to Palm Springs. They'd booked in coach, and checked in at home, but myself and a few of my leftie co-workers met her limo and gave her upgrades and a pass into the first class lounge.

She was awesome---gracious and extremely appreciative telling us she didn't expect the special treatment, but thanking us for our efforts.

I told her she could pay us back by keeping up the good fight.

And of course, introducing me to Russ Feingold! I'm Jewish and single, after all:evilgrin:
