Poll question: Would you eat at a somewhat over-priced restaurant if you knew the...
prices helped prevent people from bringing their kids?

2. I thought those buffets were cheap. Aren't they designed to get you in...
so that you start tipping strippers and buying lapdances? I know of a place that has free beer

8. Actually, they're usually free...
at least where I live, most of the strip bars offer a free lunch -- and it's usually ribs, steak and the like, not pre-packaged sandwiches, like most people would assume. Mind you, I'm not one to constantly go out to strip bars. It's just that I wrote a story on this a year or so ago:

11. Oh yeah...
classy's the first word I'd use to describe it. :eyes:

Still, probably one of my favorite stories out of the ones I've written for my current employer.

4. I eat at a restaurant because I like the food--end of story
though I have to say my biggest annoyance in a restaurant is not usually the unruly child, but rather the ringing cell phones. If I had wanted to hear the phone ring through dinner, I'd have stayed home and waited for the telemarketers to call.

5. No, but I'd pay extra to see the cell phone addicts escorted out
at least to a different room.

12. Absolutely. I'd also be willing to pay an extra couple bucks to see a movi
if I knew that the inflated price would keep the talkers, loud chewers, and other riffraff out.
