Ralphie was right.
Just before Tony Soprano whacked him, Ralphie said the secret ingredient in his omelets was sour cream. I tried it tonight and it's really good. It'll be my secret ingredient from now on.

Ralphie sleeps with the fishes (and the worms depending on the body part) now but his omelet legacy goes on.
