Without question, it's got to be the sweet and permeating perfume of the baked-on coffee resin. You know, that last charred bit because some knucklehead left a tenth of a cup in the pot? It's like a home-made aromatherapy kit, right there in the office.
I wish more people would do that.

A wonderful aroma that wafts tantalizingly about the office and embeds itself permanetly in everything within its ambit. Especially anything ever cooked in that microwave again.
