2. It depends.
I visited my BF's family last year and we spent a lot of time on their boats and eating good food and getting a tan. So, yeah.

When I visited my ex's family at Christmas, we'd end up running from one house to another and to church and so forth. So, no.

A visit to my grandparents in California would NOT be a vacation, because they drive me insane.

3. It is the only vacation we take these days...
...to Wisconsin.

Although, both of my brothers live in So Cal...which can be quite thrilling as a vacation. :hi:

4. No
But they all live in the same county as I - with the exception of my grandfather and visits there are more cases of going to collect him and bring him down south.

7. Not my family.
When I was young I liked to play with explosives. It's sort of like that. You drop a pipe bomb into a five gallon glass water bottle and run like hell. If you are lucky you reach cover before the bomb goes off. If not you ask your siblings to pick shrapnel out of your behind before your mom finds out.
