Good vibes for my aunt, please... (2 heart surgeries in 2 days)

My aunt had her second heart surgery in two days yesterday and it was pretty much touch and go last night. On Wednesday she had what her doctor described as a simple procedure to replace a valve. He told her that he didn't anticipate any problems. So they did that and everything seemed just fine. Yesterday morning they took most of the tubes etc. out and had her eat some Jell-O and get up for a bit. It was then that they noticed that her EKG readings weren't right and ended up rushing her back to surgery. The doctor says it turns out that her heart moved (can it do that?) and the new valve pinched an artery. So last night her daughters were told that she would have round the clock ICU nurses by her bed and she'd be alright, if she made it through the night.

Thankfully she made it through and is even awake now. She's also very pissed off that all the tubes (plus some) are back in and that she had to have another surgery. Her kids said that they're thankful the tubes prevent her from yelling and getting too upset. So it's looking up (even though the doctor seems to be an idiot) but I'd still appreciate some good vibes just in case, if you've got any.

One more thing, it's going to be quite screwed up for her because she was getting divorced in her early 60s and took her early retirement so she's not eligible for Social Security until October and though she does have a job, it doesn't pay enough for any health insurance. She thought about going on disability but the hospital social worker said it would take around a year. The worker suggested that she call her representatives to see if they could help. So she called Phil English (R-PA 3rd), Arlen Specter & Rick Santorum...none of whom had their offices return the calls...
