Crap! A perfectly shitty ending to a perfectly shitty week.

My dog died last Saturday.
I had a crappy week at work.

Now I come home to a letter that my HIV specialist whom I've been seeing for 6 1/2 years has taken a new position (which I am happy for him, it is a good position) and I am gonna have to find a new doctor who has some experience treating HIV.

Some weeks really really really suck.

6. A really really bad week indeed. Do you have a referral to a trusted

colleague, from your outgoing doc? I can see where the infectious disease specialist for an HIV patient is a really important long term relationship.

That's a genuinely bad week you had there; I do hope the next one is better.
