You know how they make "corn flakes", right?
How about "broccoli flakes"? Crunchy and tasty in milk, but instead of being loaded with simple carbs, it's loaded with fiber? :9

Ya make cream of broccoli soup and then dehydrate it. Just add water and heat it up. Yum!
