When you watched the movie, were there english subtitles when the characters were speaking a foreign language?
I was reading reviews at IMDB and one of the posters mentioned subtitles. The DVD I rented didn't have any.

Check the settings on yer DVD player, sometimes they can be set to keep them off. :hi:

I forget the movie, but I forgot I had it on "mute" and thought the silence was an interesting artistic opening. :D
