It's about 4am EST - what are you doing up anyway?

I am hanging out on the back porch with my son - we just got done with a 3 hour battle against maggots attacking us from a large trash can (a couple thousand kept wiggling onto the back porch, boiling water kills em good).

1. Well, where I am, it's only 1.

And I am deciding not to go to bed and be defiant even though my parents have told me to.

Also, I want to see if any interesting posts come up on DU.

2. I think I'm turning into a creature of the night

I have been re-watching a lot of old Buffy the Vampire Slayer DVDs lately, so maybe I'm just suggestible. :P

Usually my goal is to get to bed before the sun starts to come up. I really need to change this and start going to bed at a normal time!

3. I'm not sure why I'm awake

Though it's only 1 am here. I think I'll try to turn in soon.

4. Working.. I'll be up till at least 8 am

and for the next 2 nights rinse and repeat.
