A few people there (most notably the tech guys) are in full support of doing this but I need help writing the letter to fellow employees. We are currently under siege by an over-abundance of BAD supervisors/managers. Our human resources department will do nothing about these individuals and the only they're going get the message is by spamming my office with full knowledge of management and especially human resources of this contest. Can anyone assist me?

2. The tech guys informed me that....

I can easily send this via hotmail or yahoo without being traced the only snag is that I have to type in everyone's address because the "all staff" address is already spam blocked.
