2. I can't get it to play for some reason.
I just spent the last fifteen minutes searching for it elsewhere and can't find it, although it's all over the internet and people are raving about it.

5. not just to you.
it is all over the internet, on a lot of video games and stuff, people were raving about it, that's why I spent so much time trying to find it. And i just KNOW it is on youtube somewhere and someone just didn't put the right tags on it, because it is so popular. I'll probably find it when I'm looking for something else.

6. "It's Hard to Be a Saint in the City"
Really, anything by Bruce Springsteen works, especially if it's Greetings from Asbury Park, New Jersey; Born to Run; or Darkness on the Edge of Town.

I also used to like Melissa Etheridge's "Brave and Crazy" album, especially "No Souvenirs" and the title track.

out of my life...

Great beat, great lyrics ;)

Nobody Else In The World But You
by Don Henley

You live in a house of mirrors
Reflecting your splendid isolation
You have so much of everything
Except for true consideration
The way you dance
The way you walk
The way you drive
The way you talk
The way you eat
The way you drink
The way you act
The way that you don’t think

It’s like there’s—
Nobody else in the world but you
Nobody else in the world
Nobody else in the world but you
In case you haven’t noticed
There’s lots of other people here, too

Hey now, did your momma teach you anything?
Some things still got to be respected
Is it a sign of the times, or is it just your callous heart?
How did you get so disconnected?

The way you push
The way you shove
The way you hate
The way you love
The lies you spin
The scenes you make
The grief you give
The space you take
It’s like there’s—

Nobody else in the world but you
Nobody else in the world
Nobody else in the world but you
In case you haven’t noticed
There’s lots of other people here, too

And now it’s time you did a little giving, baby
The world is not your plaything, no, no, no

(Solo)

Nobody else in the world but you
Nobody else in the world
Nobody else in the world but you
In case you haven’t noticed
There’s lots of other people here

Nobody else in the world but you
Nobody else in the world
It’s like there’s—nobody else in the world but you
In case you haven’t noticed there are lots of other people here, too

10. O Fortuna!
O Fortuna O Fortune,
velut luna like the moon
statu variabilis, you are changeable,
semper crescis ever waxing
aut decrescis; and waning;
vita detestabilis hateful life
nunc obdurat first oppresses
et tunc curat and then soothes
ludo mentis aciem, as fancy takes it;
egestatem, poverty
potestatem and power
dissolvit ut glaciem. it melts them like ice.

Sors immanis Fate - monstrous
et inanis, and empty,
rota tu volubilis, you whirling wheel,
status malus, you are malevolent,
vana salus well-being is vain
semper dissolubilis, and always fades to nothing,
obumbrata shadowed
et velata and veiled
michi quoque niteris; you plague me too;
nunc per ludum now through the game
dorsum nudum I bring my bare back
fero tui sceleris. to your villainy.

Sors salutis Fate is against me
et virtutis in health
michi nunc contraria, and virtue,
est affectus driven on
et defectus and weighted down,
semper in angaria. always enslaved.
Hac in hora So at this hour
sine mora without delay
corde pulsum tangite; pluck the vibrating strings;
quod per sortem since Fate
sternit fortem, strikes down the string man,
mecum omnes plangite! everyone weep with me!

35. Back in the day,
Edited on Tue Jul-11-06 10:43 PM by Maestro
these two songs did it, Breaking The Law and You've Got Another Thing Comin' by Judas Priest. I'd also have to give a tip to Unchained by Van Halen with Diamond Dave. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mo3SvKy1RFs

Nowadays Slayer's Love to Hate gets me going. Sorry I couldn't find this song as YouTube. I also love the song Sugar by System of a Down. That song just rocks, musically and politically! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZYYXF6xrN0o

I could go on, but these are the songs that first came to mind.

Radar Love!

lyrics

I've been drivin' all night, my hand's wet on the wheel
There's a voice in my head that drives my heel
It's my baby callin', says I need you here
And it's half past four and I'm shifting gear

/ Em7 Em Em7 Em / :

When she's lonely and the longing gets too much
She sends a cable comin' in from above
We don't need no phone at all
We've got a thing that's called radar love
We've got a wave in the air, radar love

/ D - A E / D - A - / B - / C G D Em / C G D - Em7 Em Em7 Em /

The radio's playing some forgotten song
Brenda Lee's "Coming on Strong"
The road's got me hypnotized
And I'm speeding into a new sunrise

When I get lonely, and I'm sure I've had enough
She sends her comfort, comin' in from above
Don't need no radio at all
We've got a thing that's called radar love
We’ve got a line in the sky, radar love

No more speed, I'm almost there
Gotta keep cool now, gotta take care
Last car to pass, here I go
And the line of cars drove down real slow

And the radio played that forgotten song
Brenda Lee's "Coming on Strong"
And the newsman sang his same song
One more radar lover's gone

When I'm feeling lonely and I'm sure I've had enough
She sends the comfort coming in from above
Don't need no radio at all
We got a thing that's called radar love
We got a line in the sky
We got a thing that's called radar love
We got a thing that's called radar love
