feeling the effect of outsourcing today
Our company's management is in a frenzy today. the call center is seriously backed up. the service queues are rally backlogged. They are asking everyone to put in OT this week and Saturday to help with the overflow with the specific departments. Why? Because these departments were outsourced to Mumbai earlier this year because and now they have no workforce to do it this week.

something about "reaping what you have sown" comes to mind.
