I am getting a make-over.........from the neck up!

But, before the Ohio meet-up happens, I will be doing the following things:

Getting substantial amounts of wax out of my ears.......

My teeth cleaned! I want to dazzle everyone with my smile......

New lenses for my glasses....it has been over 2 years since I've had a new prescription.......

And a haircut!

I had my hair cut a month or so ago, and I may do a dye job - it's getting a little mousy, and I may put highlights or a colour in (most likely the former, and by my own hand - which may eventually lead to the latter).:rofl:

I also need a new glasses/contacts prescription, and will do that within the next month or so. I can't wait to get REAL contacts again - I got the monthly disposables last time (that was about 3 or 4 years ago), and they're crap! They are so flimsy and cheaply made - they stick to my eyes, and crinkle at the edges very quickly if my eyes are dry. I've been concerned a number of times when I couldn't get them out. Never, never again. I've had contacts for almost 20 years, and I don't mind putting them in the solution, weekly enzyme cleanings, etc - don't need to throw them away.

I also need to do some clothes shopping - there should be some sales on summer clothing right about now.
