We went to DSL before we moved, but it never worked right -- went out every time the phone connected or disconnected (yes, we had the filters installed). It was fast the first day, but never again. Now we're back on cable.

We've had Road Runner now for about six years and love it. There are very rare server slowdowns, and we've had two outages during that time. It's pretty reliable overall, though. :D
