Wish me luck.
My glucose level is already at 71. My goal is for 20 minutes on the bike. I betcha I don't last 10...
I've got my glucose tablets just in case, and I've been reading up on a book re: hypoglycemia.
I actually have a reason TO live... more importantly, I looked in the mirror and saw that I don't like the blimp that's developing. I've seen far worse, especially on other people with similar frames who are my age (mid-30s and despite it all I still look 29), but I'm close to reaching that level - and with hypoglycemia it's only going to worsen until something breaks. And given the tingling in my legs...
And it is not anxiety. Anxiety RAISES the glucose level. Not lowers it. :D

Just keep up at it, and make it long enough over time so you feel "joggers high"
Then do that every morning - and you'll love life

I got through the intial fatigue at the 2 minute mark, but had to abort at 09:04 mark. Feeling queasy and icky palpitations.
Post-exercise blood pressure is 153/68, pulse 87bpm. The Dystolic and Pulse levels are quite good, especially given the circumstances. Systolic is high, but that's due to exercise. When resting, it is usually 100~120 (dystolic being typically 70, and the pulse is typically between 65 and 76 during rest anyway!)
TRomorrow morning I will also try for 11:04, but stay on no less than 09:04. The goal is to improve stamina.
So far so good. It's not too late. And I am going to get back into the groove!
Amusingly, I also just read that inactivity can also causes glucose levels to rise. :wow:
