1. It's the new iPod Micron

It's so small you need an electron microscope and proper tools to use the controls and read the screen. It stores 100 billion terabytes of music and will cost over 1000$ per unit. Apple is predicting windfall profits as people will lose them constantly.

I heard a bit about a new version a few months ago. It's supposed to have a screen that fills the face of the ipod and the "click wheel" will be a touch-pad type thing on the screen.

Supposedly the next generation of the nano is due in Q4 with a magnesium-based casing.
