I think my cell phone is killing me

from talking on my cell without using a headset, I think it is really hurting my body. No, not my brain. I have had surgery on my wrist fro tendonitis, and 8 months later it is still bothering me. Also, my neck has had to have 2 minor proceedures. I tilt my head when I am on the phone. I am only 23, I should not have these problems.
