It's more durable, it's easier to clean, and it matches better with the japanese water fountain and chinese laterns.

I took out three rows of seats when I bought it. They must have been seventy, eighty pounds each. So even with the stone tiles and futon it still probably weighs less, especially without passengers.
The mileage sucks anyway. But bad mileage is only a problem if you drive a lot of miles. But I only use her for hauling things and the occasional camping trip. And when I drive, I drive slow. Just like Foghat told me to.
