3. mmmmm mmmmm mm...
damn that looks GOOD!

I'd say any of the options you listed would be excellent, but the sandwich and salad options are probably your best bets...in fact you could make a chicken salad sandwich!

Now I'm hungrier than I was before I opened this thread.

23. Chicken Salad is my solution as well
As a single male, a $4.99 roasted chicken from my local grocery store leads to chicken dinners and chicken salad lunches for a few days.

Just make a sauce with the above ingredients, cook until thick. Mix the cut-up chicken breast pieces into it at the end, and serve over fluffy cooked white basmati rice. Mmmm!

13. Soup it up!
Here is my (theoretical) recipe...

Take the chicken and strip most of the meat from the bones. Toss the bones in a pot of water. Get yourself 4 or 5 bags of ramen noodles; chicken flavor. Bring to a boil. Add in seasoning packets. Also toss in: Diced green onion and/or regular onion and possibly some mushrooms. After it hits boiling, reduce to a medium low simmer. After a half hour, toss in the chicken meat (which in the interim you should have been dicing..) and let is simmer for another hour or so. Add water if it looks to be getting too thick. Finally, after that is done, return to a boil and toss in the noodle packs. After the noodles cook, let the whole thing simmer for another 15-20 minutes and Voila!

You will most likely wanna sift out the bones...

Although if you start with plain water and cook it for a few days....

18. A recipe said to be invented by the Original Democrat
Thomas Jefferson.

(Of course, unlike him, you won't be having it served to you by your slave/mistress...depending on how kinky your private life is, that is...)
