my first thought was the White Wolf, Masquerade, it deals with vampires, in a role playing game fashion, much like Dungeons and Dragons. They have a LARP, which is Live Action Role Playing, for Vampire the Masqerade as well, she might participate in both...or she thinks she is a vampire, for real...:) Sounds like the OP has a mystery on their hands...

Seriously, she plays "Vampire!!111" could be standard RPG or could be LARP (Live Action) and depending how serious she is about it, she could be anywhere from normal to seriously screwed up.

swap blood with other people. The best way to find out more is to ask her. Only she can define what her interpretation of the role playing is. It is a role playing game (sort of) where people pretend to be vampires because they are intrigued by the lore, the imagery, and the romanticism of it. I find this topic to be highly interesting, yet I don't actually do the role playing.
