6. I used to have an 8mm Star Wars
Film, silent super8 I think. I still have a bunch of topps card and stickers from 1976. Its funny how Jar Jar wasn't one of them, even though he was before that time just later, or something like that, maybe.

7. Palpatine was Anakin's force daddy.
They left him actually saying it out of the movie, and left it more ambiguous. I thought it was a good choice to leave it to the mind of the viewer.

11. I thought that was pretty cool.
Left you wondering if he was lying and what he was lying about if he was, because he couldn't have lied about everything.

12. Actually as I watched Episodes 1 - 3 I remember thinking..
that he was telling the truth in almost every scene. True to a certain exent anyway. Same with Darth Tyranus AKA Dooku.. he told the truth almost every time he spoke. Lies are always easier when they are the truth.

9. I liked Grand Moff Tarkin in A New Hope...
Because he was badass and didn't take any crap from Vader. Vader is always cool with the people who aren't weak and sniveling.

10. Favorite episode?
The first one? (Which is #4)
The second one (#5)
third (#6)
Fourth (#1)
Fifth (#2)
Sixth (#3)

My vote is still the first one (#4)

Who was the "best actor"? hmmmmm........ Han Solo or old Ben.....

Who was the WORST? The hack who played grown up Anakin.

Best "character"? Darth Vader, Chewbacca, Darth Maul

Worst "character"? Toss up between Jar Jar Binks and Watto

14. Yeah that kid who played Anakin was AWFUL.
I cringed every time he opened his mouth. Whose nephew was he that he was cast in that part without even rudimentary acting ability?

15. I know a lot of people hated him...
Edited on Fri Jul-14-06 08:56 PM by everythingsxen
But I thought (Hayden Cristian) did an ok job. Especially at being a whiny little wuss. Which I mean sucks to me since Vader is like my hero, but it makes sense as a road to the dark side.

17. I was okay with the little kid anakin
it was "grown" anakin that I thought totally sucked.

Even my kids think he's a "bad actor".

16. Favorite Music -
Too close to call between the various Imperial March mixes and Duel of the Fates.

However, the music that plays when Anakin finds his mom and she dies... where it starts off sort of slow, sad and smooth and "angrily" "spikes" up rapidly as he cuts down the village of sand people... well that music... that is the audio representation of how I feel when I get angry, which makes it, to me, one of the most masterful pieces of music I have ever heard.

18. My favorite music is just about anything they chose to include
in the "Shadows of The Empire" video game for n64. They did a fantastic job with the soundtrack.

20. Penultimate StarWars parody.

Almost as funny as Triumph the Insult Dog's
visit to the StarWars premiere.

21. How do you know it's the penultimate one?
Is there some sort of agreement that no one else will ever do another one (assuming the ultimate one has been done) or that all parody-making people have agreed that just the one more will come out?

24. John Williams' score is terrific...
...but listen to Bartok's "Concerto for Orchestra" sometime--believe it or not, that would make a good score for the original film, anyway, in itself...
