I love the Video Downloader extension - I used it to snag a bunch of cheesy 80s videos from YouTube (among other things!) :D

When you get to the link to download VideoDownloader, there are several comments by attempted users that say, "This doesn't work." Bullshit.
It works, if you have half of a brain. :)

All that they have to do is click the icon on the task bar at the bottom of the page, right-click on the "Download Link" button, and save the file as a .flv extension. :)
