I once stalked a girl, even spent two hours in my car outside her window watching her watch TV one night, the week after we broke up. I was recently divorced, but still pretty sick in the head to take it that far.

7. I tossed a pound of dark brown sugar into my neighbor's yard today.

I want them to have a backyard filled with ants, so that they won't have their 3-a.m. raves any more while I'm trying to sleep. So I bought a pound of dark brown sugar and tossed handfuls of it over the fence today, showering about half of their yard with it. My hope is that they won't be able to sit out there any more without a hundred ants crawling up each leg. And I have my fellow DUers to thank for suggestions on this!

I had a trist with a 19 year old when I was 25 and I've got a wonderful daughter out of it.

And when I was 13 I fooled around with two 9-year-old boys. But I don't think of either of these as "deep dark secrets." I file the first one under "ego-booster" and the second one under "boys will be boys."

Send a postcard/art project confessing your darkest secret(s). I've done it and had three secrets posted and one published. I'm still not really finished "dealing" with one of the issues I addressed in the second postcard the website owner published, but telling someone about the first one was a truly liberating experience. And I'm happy that Frank Warren put Posted Secret Number Three in the book, because it was the "easiest" to make and send, as well as the most creative. It also accomplishes something that I love doing which is helping others, at least a little, in their quest for health.
