13. No, they prolong the pain
and will make you ugly. Take it from somebody heartbroken who knows. Lean on us, lean on your friends, drink a little if you have to. But when you try to suppress your feelings with alcohol and drugs you won't see the truth and the healing will take longer.

I'm sorry.

30. Permission granted! Chocolate! Pizza! More chocolate! That really does
help, releasing endorphins and all...
My fave non-diet comfort food is the Hostess cupcakes that are like Twinkies but round and with the chocolate frosting...yummmm...and any really good chocolate (from the grocery store anyhow!) like Cadburys or Toblerone or Lindt...
I once at a whole six-pack of sudae cones in one sitting...the chocolate fudge ones.

Go for it.

32. Well there could be worse things than pizza...most of the time it contains
the four basic food groups: dairy, meat, veggies, bread...so don't feel guilty. You DO have to eat; letting yourself get weak from NOT eating will not make you feel any better.
Do try to get at least some exercise (even a walk around the block is better than nothing) and sufficient sleep...those things along with food are healing.

Hope all will be well with you...

28. I know you are hurt by this.
But, now you have the opportunity to find someone who really loves and cares for you. Take good care of yourself. Give yourself the chance to find the one who will stay because he wants to spend the rest of his life loving you, taking care of you, and being good to you. You deserve someone special.
