It's hard to tidy up a nearly empty apartment |
|
The kitchen is spartan, but it has an unstained table and chairs. The kitchen is much better off than the rest of the place.
The living room has three small bookshelves that need to be washed, a coffee table that needs to be stained and needs a glass top (and will be totally unfunctional until I can get these things), a bench that I am currently staining, a chair, and my thermarest.
My bedroom has an open suitcase and a disassembled desk.
The bathroom has a big plant on the floor.
The walls are bare throughout.
I don't mean that it's physically hard to clean a nearly empty place, but it's psychologically challenging. No matter what I do, the place still looks like I'm squatting.
