Sheesh, I don't know which article is more depressing:
'Bounty' For Killing Gays At World Pride

Question is, how does one prove how many kills were made?!

U.K. hate crime victim commits suicide

I really feel sorry for the guy and his family. The gay community, consumed by its own vanity, should be disgusted with itself.

1. Why are you blaming the "gay community,"
"consumed by its own vanity" when the real blame lies with the guy, Bampton who committed the crime?

2. The one guy slashed the victim's face. Now tell me
what would cause a guy to stay away from other people?

That's right. Shame over his looks.

Our society, especially gay "culture", is driven by looks.

He undoubtedly got tired of being looked at oddly, mocked, and possibly spat on by others; including gay men of which he could no longer relate.

3. Still, the blame lies with the attacker!
the article was also clear to point out that he was afraid of it happening again. Don't go blaming the gay community for somebody elses actions.

4. For slicing the guy's face, yes!
But people being so crude afterward? That's not the attacker's direct fault. It's society for wanting everyone to look solely like washboard stomach tanned mannequins and turning anyone else into virtual pariahs.

BTW: I have legit reasons for my words too. One of them is because I am gay... and my counselor agrees on me with the related argument too. She's been upfront and honest in all things in the past, so I know she is not trying to patronize me.

Why not ask me for details instead of just telling me what I should or should not say?

5. In this message you blame society
but in your original message, you blame the vain gay community, which is it? Yes, society does place an over-emphasis on physical beauty, but to then turn that around on the gay community (a subset of society) is just plain wrong.

Also, if you'll note, I never told you what you should or shouldn't, could or couldn't say.

6. BTW, don't play the gay card with me,
I'm as gay as they get.
