Skip just took the reflective asphalt temp here in OKC....164 degrees Fahrenheit.
HOLY CRAP.
The air temp here is 104 degrees...

How hot is it in your neck of the woods?

3. Oh. My apartment is a cool 68 degrees.
And I'm only leaving it later to do some laundry downstairs.

4. Well, it's a mild 94 with a 105 heat index here. Tomorrow's high of 80
is going to feel like winter after this last week.

6. I'm not surprised--the bank across from Baptist Hospital read
106 at 530 tonight. The building across from me at work (Portland and Memorial) faces west and has a time and temp board--at 515 pm it read 116 degrees.

:wow:

Can't we have a "too hot to live" day and all stay at home?
