11. We just listed

last Tuesday, I think. I was kind of in denial about the whole thing.

She's lovely. How old?

12. Fifteen.

She was a "nerd" until recently, when she became the focus of way too much attention! She's a good girl though. Helping me clean up the place which is about a ten hour job because of her two younger brothers! Daddy is conveniently absent for this showing as well. I forgive him though because he didn't plan it that way!

Your house will sell quickly then. Lucky you !!!

I was a good girl at her age and look how I turned out. ;) I'm sure she's a sweetheart.

We'll see. We can't come down to far from what we have it listed at, and we haven't even started looking for someplace else to live.
