Anyone else watching?
I'm hoping that it's a decent show. I'll definitely give it a chance.

They seem to have high hopes for this series. They were also previewing a few series that they plan on showing this winter.

Lots of humor. Interesting idea behind it: Einstein supposedly spoke to Truman about setting up a small town for the most brilliant of all scientists to live in w/o fear from any governments. Now the town is a government thinktank and the military seems to want to shut it down(from one bit last night).
I liked the fact that they didn't try to take themselves too seriously.

7. I'm finding myself more impressed w/ Sci-Fi, |
|
at least w/ their original series that they are showing now.
(And they are showing Doctor Who. I'm a fan from the seventies.)

Something decent to watch this summer.
I find myself more and more impressed w/ Sci Fi Channel then I used to be. A few of their shows are better than what you can find on the networks. (obvious choice there being BSG)
And the boards went haywire over the daughter last night.

Jack Carter, New Sherriff talking to 21 yr old inventor of perpetual motion machine
"John Waltes, you are under arrest for violation of the Second Law of Thermodynamics. You have the right to remain silent. If you give up that right, anything you say can be used against you in a peer review. You have the right to speak a consultant, and have him present during any interviews. If you cannot afford a consultant, one will be appointed for you. Do you understand the rights I have just read to you?"

10. Saw it. Was unimpressed... |
|
Not enough for the initial series to get off to a high flying start.
Predict an early death...
But it did help me sleep a lot.
