Hot, Hot, Hot today - 103 w 20 mph wind from the South
My air conditioner can't keep up when it is this hot - I will be lucky to keep the house at 80 this afternoon.

But it is supposed to break and be 89 on Sat. Yea! And maybe even some rain. How about that?

2. So what is your temperature right now?
I am jealous but I would absolutely hate your winters. I don't like cold weather at all.

with a wind chill of 67 degrees.

It's going to be in the mid-80s this afternoon, though.

4. Ah Man! That sounds just great
Do you live in the woods, too? I don't know if I could stand it if you had both cool air and woods.

We have a blast furnace and plains.

5. I live in a woods surrounded by farmfields.
The mosquitoes and ticks make it almost unbearable, though.

6. They (parks dept)
made our poor kids play teeball last night and refused to call off the game. Most of them didn't show up.

Tonight is Girl Scout camp. I'm worried about how that will go over when the heat index kicks in.

(Get a few fans circulating in the house. It'll help keep the air from overloading. And cover all the windows inside.)
