Lost Question: What was the drug the English dude was taking?

Looked strange - or was it just supposed to be a "insert drug here" kind of drug?

BTW...this is season 1 - I'm a bit behind...

3. Injecting is the preferred method, yes.

Although I do believe, like morphine, you can get something out of oral injestion.
