I waited 45 minutes at the verizon store to buy one frigging replacement phone.

So did 5 people in front of me.

I wanted to mouth off verizon and their cruddy service (the insurance program has dealt me an issue with someone who wasn't good with English for 10 minutes...) but I didn't.

The people in front of me turned around at 8PM when I said "Geez, I'm wastin' the rest of my damn life here" as I started to get lightheaded and my right ear starting to feel 'fuzzy'.

At 8;15 I left. People don't even know what that green light thingie is on traffic lights anymore... I know I pressed it, but I couldn't hear the tone of the car horn...

And I just got home My right ear still feels fuzzy and funky.

LOL. Maybe I'm going deaf. Then I won't need any phone anymore.
