These days I get in contact again with old friends
I finally managed to talk to an old classmate on the phone a couple of weeks ago. We went to school together from 1982 till 1989. Then he moved, then I moved and early 90s we had some contact but after a while it slowed down to no contact at all. Thanks to the Internet page stayfriends.de where you can find old classmates, we found each other again. He sent me a message first. Was kinda important for me that he was interested as I am to meet again :D So we exchnged a couple of emails, talked on the phone and I hope to meet him soon again. He lives like 2 hours away from me.

Next weekend I will meet an old friend again I studied with. So the period of time we haven't seen each other isn't as long. He was there for me when my father was ill and died. He even helped us move my dad's stuff. He now lives in Hungary but visits his parents frequently. A mutual friend sent me an email last night, told me, F. will be in Germany next weekend. So I will see three friends at the same time. Haven't seen the mutual friend and his gf since last year either.

So it looks good on the friendship side here with me.

I am happy. Can you tell?

2. I contacted 2 people I'd gone to school with. One had been my best friend
for years, since 2nd grade.

The other was the only gay in town who had taken me to the prom. I didn't know why, but he was the most popular middle of the road guy in school and invited me, the kid everyone hated.

My conversations with him were downright freaky; the dude was tweaked and could discuss nothing but SEX.

My conversation with my girl friend was absolutely void of any interest in having a conversation with me whatsoever, in any way, shape or form. And there had never been any bad blood between us.

It's all very strange. You clearly have better luck!

3. I was really happy when the guy from school
sent me a message. I never forgot about him. We were never a couple or anything, we just got along very well.

The other guy from college, I know he tried to hit on me (he hit on ever female he met) but he looked too much like my brother that I never showed any interest. So we became good friends instead. It will be interesting to see him again.

8. Whoopee! I've got at least 4 weeks to roam!

I know my trike is gonna get wet!
We are heading into hurricane season so I may leave all of my electronics at home.
I think I may pack lite = only 1 change of clothes plus a bathing suit and 1 lil black dress.

9. You have a wonderful relaxing time
when you do on your trike ride.

I am starting to think what I need to pack and what I can leave home. I want space in my luggage to buy stuff in the U.S.

Did GOPisEvil send you a pm?

12. Morning MIssH!
Glad I get to chat with you this morning. I heard you mention your old classmate contacting you, it should be a nice reunion for the two of you. Lots of catching up to do. Sounds like a lot of fun. And then to have the good fortune to meet up with another old friend! Certainly good times ahead.

I've decided to stay home today. Still feeling sick and thought it best to just rest. This way I'll have three days to try to recoup. I'm tired of being sick and feeling icky. Can't remember the last time I had such a bad cold, it's truly getting me down.

Only six weeks and you'll be in the US? OMG! You must be excited. What's you're itinerary. If I remember right, you're excursions take you up and down the east coast. I'm sooooo jealous.

13. Good morning Simply
I am sorry to hear that you still feel sick. Yes, three days of doing nothing but resting sounds like a good idea.

I don't really have an itinerary yet. Joani knows better than me how long it takes. But we will visit different people on the East Coast. AirmensMom and Clint for example. Can't you come to MissAirmens???? I so would love to meet with you.

14. When will you be
visiting her. I think she hails from Tennessee (PM me). Maybe I can check into supersaver fares. Sometimes one can get really good deals that way. I've only spoken to AirmensMom a few times, but she seems super nice, do you think she'd mind? And Clint, well we all love him.
