My wife and I podcast the Colbert Report. We watched a bunch yesterday and the day before. How does he come up with this stuff? He put someone on his "on notice" board between the bears and the black hole at the center of the galaxy. He said that low approval ratings are transmitted by saliva and that is why Lieberman is not doing so well.
Why are his ridiculous O'Reilly-esque rants so funny?

* everyone loves the "Truthiness" thing but in the intro the word "Linconish" appears and I think that is much funnier.
Anywho
I think he is funny just because mostly he is funny but his parody of O'Reilly (and the whole RW noisemachine) is so spot on no matter what anyone says. Everything gets turned back around to either promote W or damn his critics.
