Don't you hate when that little fucking drawstring |
|
on your shorts or sweatpants disappears into the hole, making it almost impossible to tighten your shorts or sweatpants?

2. If you were enormously fat, you wouldn't have this problem |

The pants would be stretched taut and held in place by your girth, with the drawstring being merely redundant.
Problem is, you're too svelte.

5. Here's what you do. Trust me, I'm doing this weekly for my kids. |
|
Pull the string all the way out -yes, I know that sounds scary, but trust me- and attach a safety pin (a big one..the biggest one you can find that will fit through the hole). Thread the safety pin through the hole with the string and work it along, bunching up the cloth in the waist band and grabbing hold of the safety pin through the fabric while moving the cloth along the string. It sounds more involved than it is.. Just thread it along. I've saved many a pair of shorts, jogging pants, etc this way. :hi:
