Learn Italian in the restroom at Carraba's!

:P Went to Carraba's for lunch today, and I had forgotten about the Italian lessons you get in the restroom. Out in the dining room, there's music, but over the PA system in the bathroom, they teach you Italian words and phrases. Now while I think this is a very worthwhile service, I don't need to have "profumeria" and "arrividerci" translated for me while using the facilities. :rofl:

I didn't check the men's room to see what kind of Italian they were learning in there. :P

Personally, I prefer the "No Snow" sign in the bathroom at Mo' Pickens's House of Satisfaction. One day, I will steal that sign. Oh yes, I will. :evilgrin:

I see a show there. It's a private bathroom, so I won't look like a freak taking pictures in the bathroom. Hmm...of course, they don't check bags at the door and I could easily bring in a backpack...

Alright, so if worst comes to worst, my cousin's show should be going into another run there (hopefully, no venue changes) in September sometime. So I'll get the sign then. No one will question me. I'll be there with "the talent."

10. No, it's like Italian 101, nothing outlandish.

They talk about the music, the food and movies. Somehow it rings truer at Bucas than it does at Carabbas, because Buca's reminds me of my Grandmna's house in the 70s/80s. I feel more at home there.

7. I was in a men's room once...

... using the stand-up facilities, and looking at the framed daily sports page hung over the urinal. I wondered what part of the newspaper they put over the urinals in the ladies... uh. woah. Glad I didn't say that out loud.

Buca De beppo that in the bathrooms had pictures of kids peeing.. I found it kind of wierd!
