I finally got off my ass and ... |

into the gym yesterday. I haven't worked out since the stolen 2004 election, which coincidentally, is the same time I joined DU.
But I realized I was in dire need of endorphins. And beer just wasn't cutting it anymore.
So today marked my second day back in the gym, which means I may be able to make a routine out of this. But now I need some suggestions of songs that can keep my energy level high while running on the threadmill.
These last two days in the gym, I listened to a lot of Rage Against the Machine and Sex Pistols, music that always makes me want to brawl with cops. Music that never fails to put my energy into high gear while I'm on the threadmill.
Any other suggestions?

1. 'Brawling with cops', or brawling with anyone music is good for me, |
|
because I can then channel that negative energy into working out or running

2. I keep a steady flow of |

Zombie ("More Human..." "Dragula"), some of Motorhead's newer stuff ("The Game" and "Evolution"), old Limp Bizkit (first cd) and a lengthy stream of Rise Against. I didn't mention RATM since you're already using them, but that's good shit, too.
