concerned....

Really bad storms in St Louis on Wednesday night...hundreds of thousands lost power.

Got a day off from work yesterday

Went into work today...electricity was on..

Around 11AM ANOTHER but less intensive storm (when compared to Wednesday night) comes through and OFF goes the electricity...NOW over half a million people are without electricity including some of my friends.

You know that w/o electrical power it's a wee bit difficult to get gas for a car or scooter.

3. Our power was on and off all of yesterday

It was really grey and humid as well, in addition to being blazing hot. It's back to normal (over 100 but not humid) now though.

4. Temp on the other side of the state

dropped down to the late 70's today. It feels fantastic.

5. Bad storms here in Wisconsin Wednesday night although not as

severe as those in St. Louis. On July 9th we had two bad T-storms in a two hour period with lots of power outages, tree damage and street flooding.

I'd take a good snowstorm any day.
