So hot I'm feeling nauseated
I just walked back from the pool to our apartment, and now I feel nauseated and icky. Bleh.

1. I know the feeling. The only good thing is that it takes away
the urge to eat. Works for me.

3. That's the first sign of heat exhaustion
Drink water and lie down in a cool place, preferably with a cold cloth on your forehead.

10. Do take care of yourself.
I echo the others who suggest lying down with a cool cloth on your forehead -- or on the back of your neck. Take care. I'm hiding in the basement room, which is 13 degrees cooler than the main floor. I heard on the pre-game Mariner's show that it was 101 in Bellevue today; close to that here in SeattleLand.
