Interesting camoflage pictures
It's called MultiCam, and it lost out to the digital camo for being a little more expensive, apparently. Also, apparently, SOCOM-types are abandoning issued camo clothes in favor of these -- a la, what were they called, tiger suits in Vietnam?

Anyhow, my ignorance aside, quite interesting. Bear in mind these are all pictures of the same pattern, designed to pick up the surrounding colors:

4. Well I was gonna ask you about that myself,

...but now I THINK I see him.

If you take a straight edge and place it on the picture from the upper left corner to lower right corner, then starting at the top, follow it down about two inches, right above that mark the guy is kneeling and facing away from you with his head down. Like if the top of the picture is 12:00, he is facing 1:00. And he's not very big either, on the screen maybe 3/4".

I THINK.

Damn, those things are amazing!

11. The second photo shows you where the guy is in the first photo.

In the second photo he (or she) is wearing a black t-shirt, and facing you so you can figure out his/her location in the first photo. In the first photo, s/he is crouched down in the camis and facing off to the right, slightly away from you.

Re: the second photo: Go along the top of the photo about 1.5 inches, starting from the left, and then at that point drop straight down about 1.25 inches. Look for the black spot. It isn't very big, a bit smaller than the diameter of a pencil eraser, even.

Didja find him?

12. MultiCam lost because it was too expensive?
Like up-armored Humvees and body armor for the troops?

When will the GOP fuck-wads learn you can't do national defense on the cheap?
