LYNN -- A Lynn mother of three was arraigned Thursday in connection with a bizarre attack on another woman that allegedly included kidnap, rape and assault with hot peppers.

How can she 'look after' children and maintain a job with a propensity to violence such as this.

3. Not to mention doing this with at least one daughter present.

Keep her in jail and do a full psych work up on her. Get counseling for the daughter too to make sure she understands how out of bounds her mother's behavior was.
