1. You haven't seen food porn until you've seen...

Tiramisu made with thin slices of chocolate cake drenched in superiore riserva marsala, layered with a mascarpone/espresso custard so light it would float away but for the cake, topped with a bit of whipped cream dusted with a mix of cocoa and powdered espresso beans and fine shavings of dark chocolate. I would get a picture, but it never seems to last long enough for me to dig my camera out.
