We're here visiting Christopher's birthparents. His royal highness has pretty much conquered the entire hotel. :)

5. it wasn't as bad today

(we're back home now) but when we got there Friday it was pretty much a sauna.

I hope you have a wonderful time with his birthparents! It's truly a great thing that you are keeping in touch. What a good feeling it must be for them to see how well Christopher is doing.

6. it was a really great visit.

We got to spend more time just talking with them than we'd had before, so we all just got to relax and play with the kid. They're great people and went out of their way several times to put us at ease about the relationship. A regular love-fest. :D

7. he's sacked out now

after a very full weekend. :) He's ten months old today, and loudly announced "QUACK!" twice tonight while a read him a bedtime story about rubber ducks. :D

It was a wonderful trip, but it's always good to be home. Thanks, Amber! :hi:

We pretty much entertained everyone in the hotel room and the pool. Too damned hot to do much of anything else.
